I chose to write about Britney's star image because it has changed incredibly over the years, and it
is always changing. She has had many strong star images, and has been the idol for many things.
Britney Spears is a very famous artist, and is also seen as very experimental in pop culture.
Her costumes and make-up are always changing, but she has always been beautiful,attractive and
glamorous since she first started being on tv. Britney Spears is very well known, and I know there would be a lot to talk about over her period of time.
When Britney was younger, she began preforming and singing in child productions and on stage.
In here very first music video "Hit me baby one more time" she instantly became the princess of pop.
In this music video Britney is just a young teenage girl looking attractive and innocent.
The fluffly pink hair bands show how feminine and young she is. This music video went on to
being the best selling track when it was made.

in her image from the previous one. The outfit is a lot less innocent, she's wearing a red
tight latex suit, and you can definitely see her features more. However, her make-up, hair
and facial expressions are still looking as innocent as they started off.

In Britney's third video "Toxic", her image has completely changed from the start now.
At one point in her video she is practically naked, and now her body has been revealed.
Britney is no longer that young innocent teenager, now she is getting into the
notion of voyeurism, and the film industry is starting to change her into something
else. Britney's outfits change a lot throughout the music video, all costumes are very
revealing and sexual. It's not just the outfits that have changed, but also the video
itself. In the video "Toxic" she is doing more risky things than in her previous ones.
Her dancing is more sexual, and there is also a guy in this one where she is
teasing him on the plane as an air hostess. Britney's image has changed dramatically.

Britney's video "Gimmie more" is very sexualised, and is her most sexual video so far.
In her video her star image is a lot different from the others. She seems a lot more
fake in this music video, and not at all natural. In this video Britney Spears is pole
dancing in a club infront of people, and there are lots of shots of her twirling around it.
Britney Spears is starting to grow into a proper woman and have a wide variety of looks.
She now has this complete naughty sex appeal towards her fans, as well as the innocent
girl she was before. Britney Spears has changed surprisingly a lot over her lifetime, and
some people may think this is because she has always had the talent and looks for it.

In her recent music video "Hold it against me" Britney Spears looks like a proper lady.
She has matured into a proper popstar and you can tell she has a lot more class in this one.
She is still a little bit revealing but she seems a lot older and more serious. She is now
a bigger idol and good model to look up to.

In her really latest music video featuring William "Scream and shout" Britney's image is just normal. She's dressed a little more appropriately and her hair is neat and she isn't covered in make-up. Britney's star image keeps changing, but at the moment she's not too sexualised, and not completely innocent as to before. Her image is becoming more of a beautiful one, and less childish, just a lot more herself and sexy.
