Electric shock Hazard!!

In the room we were filming in there were faulty sockets which could lead to an electric shock if they come into contact with. Since the room we were in was currently being decorated in, it was very dangerous so we made sure not to go near the faulty sockets. As long as we didn't get too close to the sockets, it is very unlikely to get an electric shock.

For our music video I had to be the female and part of my mise-en-scene I had to wear high heels that were very high, and I wasn't very used to them.

Steps taking to avoid it:

• Take my time
• Get used to heals first.

To make sure this doesn't happen we will take care and be gentle with this

For our music video we had to take a shot of Daniel (our main artist) putting a paracetamol in his mouth.

Probability: Low
Risk:Medium
Steps taking to avoid it:

• To be careful not to knock him when he's putting it in his mouth.
• Put it into his mouth slowly.
